In eastern Florida, Lake George, a natural lake from the St. Johns River north of Daytona Beach, is a great place for bass.
In southern Florida, we'll go all the way to the Everglades with our tips for Florida bass fishing where the two best areas for bass are 210 square miles of Everglades marsh with perimeter canals and 730 square miles of wetlands bordered by a canal system along Alligator Alley at the Sawgrass Recreation Area.
You can fish for Suwannee, peacock, spotted and largemouth bass at these Florida locations.
When it comes to bass lures, our tips for Florida bass fishing suggest you try the Walking Worm from NGC Sports. Bass anglers frequently use plastic worms and the Walking Worm is best because it traps air between tail segments that causes the lure to constantly curl like a live worm to draw steady strikes from hungry bass. It's available in a wide variety of colors, from chartreuse to motor oil, that work well in a variety of water conditions.
Try the Walking Worm and get ready for a big catch. Please share these tips for Florida bass fishing with your friends and get ready to fish for bass all over the Sunshine state.
